Terms of Purchase

These terms apply to every order placed on aurenmonet.se.
1.Who you're buying from
Aurén Monét is a UF company (Ung Företagsamhet) run by four students at Danderyds Gymnasium during the school year. You can reach us at uf.aurenmonet@gmail.com.
2.Prices and payment
All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping within Sweden costs 49 kr and is added at checkout. Payment is made by Swish after you place your order, with your order number as the message.
3.Your order
Your order is binding once you've placed it and paid. We confirm it by email as soon as the payment has arrived. If an item sells out before your payment comes in, we'll let you know and refund anything you've paid.
4.Delivery
We currently ship within Sweden only. Orders are packed and sent within 1–3 business days of confirmed payment, and delivery usually takes 3–7 business days.
5.Right of withdrawal
Under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act you can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. We also offer a 30-day return window as long as the hoodie is unworn, unwashed and still has its tags.
6.Returns and refunds
Contact us to start a return. You pay the return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or wrong. We refund you within 14 days of receiving the return, in the same way you paid.
7.Complaints
If something is wrong with your hoodie, email us a photo as soon as possible and we'll replace or refund it at our cost. Your right to complain about faulty goods applies for three years under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act.
8.Disputes
If we can't agree, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, arn.se) or the EU's online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
